Create & Connect LA was built from a simple belief: creative rooms should feel intentional.
After attending photo meets across Los Angeles, I kept noticing the same gap. The talent was there — but the experience often felt uncurated. Beautiful people, cameras, and locations, but not always a clear environment for meaningful connection or portfolio-level work.
So I created the room I wanted to be part of.
Create & Connect brings together models, photographers, designers, brands, and visual artists in curated editorial environments — designed to help creatives make work that feels elevated, intentional, and worth showing.
Every venue, theme, and collaborator is chosen with the final work in mind. Not just content for the moment, but images that can live inside portfolios, campaigns, agencies, and creative careers.
What started as a photo event has become a growing creative community rooted in quality, collaboration, and taste. We're not here to fill a room just to fill it — we're here to protect the standard of the room.

Create & Connect is the work of one curator — Nathalie Guerrero.
She built it from inside LA's creative scene — showing up to shoot after shoot, certain the room could feel more intentional. So she made her own.
Nathalie curates every event herself — the venue, the theme, the people in it — protecting one standard: everyone leaves with work worth showing, and people worth knowing.
